I have a severe case of a rare bone disorder called Multiple Hereditary Osteochondromatosis. Due to it I grow benign tumors throughout my body. I was unable to get medical care for a decade because of an abusive parent. This caused my neck to slowly break as a tumor slowly chipped away at a vertebrae. This comic is about how I was able to get neck surgery, abuse, and mental illness.
